Water Aims and Methods:

  • Promote and distribute water purification products and technology
  • Rehabilitate and improve existing water wells
  • Install and repair water well pumps
  • Construct new water wells
  • Test and monitor water well quality
  • Participate in testing of existing wells to determine a regional Drinking Water Quality Index
  • Support clean water conservation
  • Encourage and facilitate rain water collection and safe storage
  • Use and promote appropriate technology

Sanitation & Hygiene Aims and Methods:

    • Construct sanitary facilities for households and schools
    • Promote clean water conservation through sound sanitation practices
    • Educate others about best sanitation and hygiene practices
    • Improve and help maintain existing sanitary facilities
